The operation of the Boxmaker machine in the mode of box making (blank for two boxes in length, the conveyor for removing waste after slotting). Model ESB-22RDVNMKFS1S2AF (boxmaker) with vacuum auto feed and all options. Machine is designed for the making small and medium runs of corrugated packaging. Production of more than 50 types of products according to FEFCO with full optional equipment, RAM for 1000 previously completed orders. Max workpiece dimensions = 2200 (width) x 6000mm, min = 185 x 400mm. Set up to use the touch monitor. Automatic positioning of slotting knives, servo drives for slotting knives and shafts for moving/outputting the box unfolding, cutting waste along the length (included in the basic package) and width of the workpiece, cutting ventilation and handling holes by unit for die-cutting (Max possible number of units - 4, dimensions of the each die-cutters up to 120 x 160mm), forming the connecting flap by slitting knives with waste removal or die-cutting units. 1-color flexo printing with the print area of 200 x 500mm. The length of cutting knives - 350÷700mm (by order). All functions of the scoring-creasing machine and the cross cut.
