An analysis/retrospective that covers the development of David Bowie's debut feature, The Man Who Fell to Earth. The 1976 surreal sci-fi expressionist film adapted from the Walter Tevis novel of the same name. We examine how personal the story was to him and his life struggles, and we also touch on Bowie's career and how the movie served as a transition piece (Ziggy Stardust to The Thin White Duke).
