Minecraft Plugin Display: Homing Arrow
In this video, I showcase the plugin Homing Arrow created by Premx :)

Usage: To capture a target, aim at a players. You will get a message, example: "Player Notch is captured".
The target is stored until you hold no more this bow - To shoot at a another player, switch weapon and then again to the bow.
