Brown recorded "Let Yourself Go" in 1967 after hours in the Latin Casino nightclub during a ten-day performing engagement there. An edited version of the recording was released as a vocal single in '67.This instrumental jam version of the song was released for the first time on 'Star Time' (1992) and appears also on the Expanded Edition of Live at the Garden (2009).
