Ciara McMahon (  / ciara-mcmahon-aws  ) is a skilled Cloud Architect currently working at DoiT International, where she leverages her expertise in infrastructure and security to tackle complex challenges for clients utilising cloud technologies. With a strong foundation in Amazon Web Services (AWS), she previously held the position of Cloud Support Engineer II at AWS, where she specialized as an Elastic Block Store (EBS) Subject Matter Expert (SME). In this role, she provided critical support to both customers and internal teams, addressing escalations, identifying technical issues, and delivering training on EBS services.
