How I Posted This to YouTube Legally:
I first uploaded this video to a platform called We Are The Hits, and then to YouTube. By posting with We Are The Hits, I’m able to acquire the sync licenses necessary for legally posting cover songs on YouTube.
How You Can Use This Audio:
Okay, so after looking into it more, unfortunately I can't give you permission to use this track in a video. I want to, but because of how We Are The Hits works (the platform I use to upload covers), multiple people can't upload videos with the same audio through their service. Trying to upload the same audio to We Are The Hits after I do will unfortunately not be possible, and you will not be able to get the rights from Disney like I did. Even with your own vocals, our tracks would be considered too similar by We Are The Hits, and they wouldn't process your video after mine. Sorry :/
Using It Elsewhere:
In terms of using this at public venues and not on YouTube, I'm not the guy to ask. Go for it if it's just you and your friends at a party though!
