The white foam was slightly sour, which isn't surprising given the chemical reaction that needs to happen to form the foam, but was overall creamy and had a vanilla flavour. The bits of ice cream cone provided a nice crunch to the treat and the chocolate sauce was a nice addition as well, although it was clearly made with cocoa powder instead of actual chocolate. Combining the three gave the most tasty result.
