Labelling roads, neatly, in QGIS
Labelling roads can be a bit of a nightmare for any cartographer, but in QGIS there are loads of ways to make it quick and easy if you know how - so that's what this video is about. In this video I used local road data for Great Britain (see link below) but the same method applies no matter where you are in the world.
This is a slightly longer video because it's a topic people often spend a lot of time on so I wanted to show how it's done, with a few useful styling tips included.
