If there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s this: If anything is going to break in VFX – it will! Which is why when it comes to my own teaching, I stress the importance of understanding why you’re doing what you’re doing. In other words, VFX is not just about pushing the buttons. It’s about understanding what stands behind them.
