A Visual Petition to the Australian Government
CALL OUT!
This is a call out to all women and non-binary people of Australia to create images about Australia's climate crisis, in your local area and country-wide.
These images can be literal representations of the degradated landscape, plastic pollution, monocultures, mining/farming, excessive urbanisation, urban pollution, our rivers and oceans, drought, fire, floods. It could be seeing rubbish dumped in your local area.
It is free to submit. You can submit several images over the next few months. You retain copyright. It can be a phone photo.
Submit images until June 2022 of stuff you just happen to see or images you conceptualise. The images will be printed to present to the Australian Government in Canberra before the next Federal election. It will be displayed digitally and when this website is fully live.
Please name your files with your full name and location: eg: HilaryWardhaugh1-QueanbeyanNSW.jpg
Images MUST be sized to A4 size @ 300dpi
Please add a word doc with your details including your instagram handle and a short description of your images. If you post images on Instagram please tag with
