Khanyisa Enjoys Nap Time & Sebakwe Uproots a Tree in One Elephant Trunk Pull
In these scenes captured by carer, Owen, we see Timisa protecting her little sister Khanyisa as the youngest in the herd enjoys a nap at the waterhole. Fishan is there to oversee things too, as well as Pisa and Zindoga. You will see Pisa and Zindoga spending a lot of time together. Sebakwe amazes us with his strength as he pulls a tree from the ground in one swift yank with that giant trunk of his! The dominant bull feeds on his feast, which will also provide for the others in the herd. Watch as the wilderness shows us new green shoots and leaves after a little rain. It quickly returns to brown though as the rain is not frequent or long lasting. We can’t wait for larger downpours to return!
