optical detection of foam breaking down
This video depicts a 100 mL glass cylinder with an amber-colored liquid with a weak foam floating on it. I've tried to speed up the breakdown of the foam by stirring it with a plastic rod. The pink stripes on the black card are obscured by the dense foam, but as the foam breaks down, they are detected by the microcontroller.
