Transistor key
This video shows a MOSFET transistor switch circuit for controlling a powerful DC load (motor, LED strip, etc.) using an Aruino Nano microcontroller.
One of the circuits switches the load to +12V, the second circuit switches the load to ground.
IRL530, N-channel transistor and IRF5305 P-channel transistor are used
