How to Remove Rad Hat Insights client message / warning / error in Rocky Linux 8.5

To register this system, run: insights-client --register"
i am little bit confused why Rocky Linux 8.5 showing this type of message. I know it is downstream development of Red Hat Linux 8.5 so that may be case for this message.
