Classic American Cinnamon Rolls (Cinnabons) are so flavorful, tender, and airy! And with cream cheese frosting, they're simply divine! If you like a lot of cream cheese frosting, feel free to increase the amount of ingredients.
Friends, check out the UPDATED recipe for these buns with caramel and pecans! The recipe is the same, but there's a very detailed process description below the video    • Шикарные Булочки с Корицей, Карамелью и Пе...

Recipe: 16 rolls

Mix and let sit for 5 minutes:
1 cup warm milk (not hot)
2.5 tsp active dry yeast (or instant yeast)
1/3 cup sugar
Add and mix together:
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup melted butter, cooled
2 eggs
Gradually add flour 3.5-4 cups. Do not add all the flour, it's better if the dough is slightly sticky. I added 3 1/2 cups. Put the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead until smooth and elastic about 3-5 minutes. Place in a lightly greased bowl. Cover with a plastic wrap or a clean towel. Allow to rise for 45-60 minutes in warm place. Roll out dough onto a lightly floured surface, into a 50 x30 cm or 19-inch x 13–inch rectangle. Spread softened butter on top. Mix together cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle it all over the dough. Gently rub the cinnamon mixture into the butter. Roll up the dough tightly. Cut into 16 even rolls and arrange in a greased baking dish. Cover with a towel or plastic wrap and allow to rise for 30-40 minutes. Preheat oven to 370°F / 180°C. Bake for 25-28 minutes until lightly browned. If you notice the tops are getting too brown too quickly, loosely cover the rolls with aluminum foil and continue baking.
Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar (to your taste) and milk until smooth and creamy. add more milk if you like, depending on the consistency you want. Spread icing over warm rolls.

Filling:
60 g soft butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

Cream cheese frosting: (you can double the ingredients)
6 oz cream cheese
powdered sugar to your taste
2-3 Tbsp milk
