This is the interior of a newly built 33-pyeong (approximately 103 square meters) apartment, located in Ipyeonhansesang Songdo The First Beach Building 102, overlooking Busan's Songdo Beach. This apartment features a blend of warm wood tones and soft cream colors.
Focusing on the client's desire for a comfortable family stay,
and a blend of practicality and sensibility,
this home, with its meticulous design and finishes,
has been reborn with a unique and warm sensibility, despite its new construction.
From the entryway to the living room, kitchen, master bedroom, and bathroom, the overall structure and atmosphere have been revamped, creating a cozy yet practical space. The entryway features low cabinetry, wood accents, and a circular mirror to enhance the sense of openness. Cream-tone film unifies the door and walls, adding a touch of sophistication. Sliding central doors and magnetic lighting create a sense of separation and natural flow between the entryway and living room. The living room, with its diamond white walls, cream-tone hardwood flooring, soft coffered ceiling, and recessed lighting, creates a warm and luxurious atmosphere. The TV art wall, with its semi-recessed construction, cream-colored film, wood shelves, and indirect lighting, captures both aesthetics and practicality. The continuity of the lighting with the hallway creates a sophisticated atmosphere. The kitchen, with the removal of the refrigerator cabinet and the addition of a large island, travertine-patterned engineered stone, a circular hood, and upper cabinetry, creates an open and airy feel. The master bedroom enhances functionality with a bright wood-toned art wall, custom storage, a sliding middle door, an expanded dressing area, and built-in closets.
