To make an origami dragon paper plane, also known as a flying super paper dragon plane, follow these steps:
1. Start with a square piece of paper. If your paper is not already square, fold one corner up to the opposite edge to create a triangle, and then trim off the excess paper below the triangle.
2. Unfold the paper to reveal a square again. Fold the paper in half diagonally in both directions to create an X-shaped crease on the paper.
3. Next, bring the top and bottom edges of the paper to the center crease. This will create a kite shape.
