after going through a breakup i kiiinda went bat shi crazy. i was giving in to a lot of bad habits and became someone numb to the world and my own emotions. just buried them deeep down. after a while i came round and wanted to face all of it head on. this song is me entering that phase and kinda realising that i was in a prettty bad state in my mind.
