Complete time lapse of a flourished calligraphy layout design. You may be surprised how many sketches I make and how many times I hit undo! I hope this helps anyone out there who is feeling discouraged looking at the work of professional calligraphers, thinking that because so many of us may make it look easy, it must be easy. That is absolutely not the case! A lot of edit rounds, erasing, and redoing goes into a complex flourishing design!
