If you're having a hard time changing colors try clicking the color you want a few times, it sometimes misses button presses.
Works on After Effects 2019+, haven't tested it on lower versions. Will release a hotfix to make the timer work with Premiere as well- let me know if there's a specific Adobe app you'd want this on and I'll see if I can make it work.
