The Aerotropolis will add 25% to Hamilton's infrastructure debt that is already over two billion dollars. That debt is growing by almost $200 Million every year. That's approximately 25% all the residential taxes collected by the City in a year - that's how much the infrastructure debt is GROWING EVERY YEAR. Imagine, we could stop the DEBT from growing by increasing taxes by 25%
On top of our huge existing debt, the City wants to take on another $1/2 Billion dollars in infrastructure to build the Aerotropolis. Does this make any sense to your?
