The Nokia Lumia 635 is a cheap ($99.99 No-Contract, $0.99 With-Contract) Windows Phone 8.1 smartphone that has so much value for your money. I am finding out that even though the phone is priced as an extremely low end phone, it isn't built with low end components.
I was surprised to discover that the Lumia 635's single microphone is able to capture audio that is free of distortion when recording loud audio. Judge for yourself but from my ears, car speakers and computer speakers, I do not hear any crackling of the audio and the phone picked up the deep bass, voice and highs and lows wonderfully for a device in this price range.
