For this one we need to have at least 4 Science Weapons.

Now we need to give a Science Weapon to each of our companions.
I gave a the Mandibular Rearranger to Nyko and the Mind Control Ray to Parvati.
Changed Nyko Weapon Behavior to Melee as her Science Weapon is a Melee, changed Parvati's Behavior to Ranged as her Science Weapon was a ranged gun.
By doing this we ensure that both only use their Science weapons.
Also change the Distance to "Close" and Mode to "Aggressive"
Since now both of your companions have a science weapon on them, equip your character with the rest of the Science Weapons.
Find a monster with a lot of Armour or Health, try a Mega Creature (a bunch in Scylla) or any other big monster.
I went to Monarch Wilderness, found a monster near my ship and finished of the minions so that we all focus on the same big monster.
As soon as i saw that the monster is under the effect of both of companions science weapons, i started attacking him with one of my science weapons.
Now since the monster is under 3 Science Weapon effects, go to TTD mode immediately and switch to another science and attack him.
This procedure should ensure that the monster is under all 4 effects at once and the trophy should pop.
Repeat the process if it didnt work the first time.
Make a save file that you can reload to try on the same monster if you want to.
