Jewelry vacuum casting machine is a professional equipment used for jewelry manufacturing. The following is a detailed introduction about it:
1. Working principle:
• Smelting process: In the energized state, high-frequency high current is applied to the heating coil wound into a ring shape, generating a strong magnetic beam with instantaneous polarity change inside the coil. Place the metal object to be heated in the crucible inside the coil, and the magnetic beam will penetrate the entire object to generate a corresponding eddy current in the opposite direction of the heating current inside the object. Due to the presence of resistance inside the heated object, a large amount of Joule heat is generated, causing the object's temperature to rapidly rise and reach the temperature required for heating and melting metal materials. When melting metal at high temperatures, the opening button of the casting machine will evacuate the melting chamber to a vacuum state and fill it with inert gas to protect the melting and prevent metal oxidation.
• Casting process: After the metal has melted through, place the steel cup containing the gypsum mold into the casting chamber, vacuum the casting chamber again, and then release the pressurized inert gas. The metal liquid is dropped into the gypsum mold through the crucible leakage door. By increasing the pressure of inert gas, the entire pouring process can be carried out under pressure, which can completely eliminate any form of pores or shrinkage, greatly increase the density of the casting, and make the surface bright and oxidation free.
2. Structural composition:
Rack: As the supporting structure of the entire equipment, it ensures the stability of the machine.
• Smelting chamber: There is a melting mechanism inside for heating and melting metal materials. Usually equipped with high-temperature resistant crucibles, heating elements, etc.
Plug mechanism: embedded in the output end of the melting mechanism, used to control the outflow of molten metal. It is generally composed of a stopper, stopper bracket, and a cylinder that drives the movement of the stopper.
Casting chamber bracket: used to support and rotate the casting chamber, facilitating the injection of molten metal and the installation of molds. It usually includes components such as the base plate and the optical axis, and the casting chamber is connected to the optical axis through linear bearings for sliding.
Casting room: Inside, there are detachable connections with molds, which are places where metal liquid is poured and formed. The side of the casting bucket is equipped with a sealed connection block, which ensures the vacuum state of the casting chamber through the pipeline connected to the vacuum pump.
Vacuum pump: connected to the casting chamber through a pipeline, responsible for extracting air from the casting chamber to achieve a vacuum state, creating an oxygen free environment for the pouring of molten metal.
