Don't Be Careful Eating In The Philippines
Someone uploaded a video showing a wet market and saying they are dangerous and gross to eat at. I say he is wrong and is misrepresenting Filipino food by trying to create fear and showing only what is gross and not what is delicious in those places.
Eat anything and everything! Enjoy your time in the Philippines as a cultural explorer! Just use common sense. STREET FOOD IS THE MOST FUN! WET MARKETS RULE! I ate food from popular fast food joints in malls, Filipino food court places, street food stalls, and even ate in squatter communities and slum neighborhoods. Almost every area has some small cafe or street stall to eat at. Seriously I ate squatter food on multiple occasions and I did not get sick.
