This week's video is quite special to me because the Wee Heavy was the first style of Scotch Ale I tried. Besides, there aren't many videos in YouTube showing how to brew one. So, if it all goes well, I'm planning on making JabeerIñi's Wee Heavy very famous here in Scotland!

FERMENTABLES:
800 g - Maris Otter Pale (58%)
500 g - Munich (36.2%)
50 g - Crystal 135L (3.6%)
30 g - Pale Chocolate (2.2%)
HOPS:
5 g - Challenger, Type: Pellet, AA: 6.5, Use: Boil for 60 min, IBU: 15.74
5 g - East Kent Goldings, Type: Pellet, AA: 6.5, Use: Boil for 20 min, IBU: 9.53
MASH GUIDELINES:
1) Infusion, Temp: 70 C, Time: 60 min, Amount: 5 L
YEAST:
Half a packet of Safale - American Ale Yeast US-05
