Tfl Route 52 driver ignores the Big Red Book procedure

I am a wheelchair user. This bus driver was disgracefully negligent.
Contrary to the procedure in the Big Red Book (2019 edition, p. 99), the driver failed to keep the front doors closed when I was boarding. He allowed numerous passengers to board at the front doors while I was waiting to board, and while passengers were alighting through the middle doors. This led to congestion inside the bus, and stress, delay and annoyance for me and for the other passengers.
