'Tranq dope' is actually heroin cut with the horse tranquilizer called Xylazine and when snorted or injected it causes one to immediately be sedated and into a zombie like state.
In the video you will see people walking around Kensington, Philadelphia ( aka Kenzo ) like zombies and some will be bent over to the point their hands are on the ground and this is referred to as the "Kensington / Kenzo Lean"
This is because they are actually falling asleep -also known as "sleep cut"
In the video you will plainly see people shooting up and others being injected right in the neck with tranq out in the open.
