Colorado liquor laws continue to be ignored, directly affecting the Colorado consumers when purchasing certain alcohol. With the liquor laws being ignored and competition being eliminated, the Colorado consumer pays more for these products. With the elimination of competition, there is no price pressure to stay competitive, and the consumer ultimately pays significantly more for these products. The consumer in Colorado deserves better.

We all need to understand what is happening within the liquor industry to ensure these companies are not taking advantage of us. A free and fair market is most important.
