The last week of November was full of simple joys: spa day to recharge, the magic of the first snow ❄️, and baking a warm breakfast cake! cozy vibes, delicious food, and little moments that make this season so special. 🛁🍰✨

Breakfast Cake Recipe🍰
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
10g baking powder
2 tablespoons vinegar
125 ml milk
125 ml oil
125g white sugar
A pinch of salt
2 eggs
Walnuts (to taste)
Pieces of chocolate (to taste)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
-Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease or line a cake pan.
-In a bowl, whisk the eggs, salt and vanille. Then add milk, oil, sugar.
-Gradually add the flour, mixing until just combined.Add the baking powder until well combined.
Stir in the vinegar and mix well.
-Pour the batter into your prepared pan.
-Gently press the walnuts and chocolate pieces into the batter.
-Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
-Cool and serve:)
