1453 Kampre Makinesi- Shoe Vamp Crimping Machine
1. This type of vamp crimping machine use pneumatic system, with heaters inside the up plate and side plates. According to customer requirements, the crimping plate can be designed in different pattern shape in 1453, and even two point curve.
2. The new creative Up Crimping Plate coated with silicone material can get better crimping result for some kind of material.
Through the combination of mechanical action and heat it warps the fibres of the material being processed and lastingly stabilized them in the shaped position. The processed parts remain crimped thus making easier the pulling of the upper at the lasting operation.
