Surviving to Thriving - (Byron Bay Surf Festival Feature Film) Trailer
Surviving to Thriving is the official Feature Film of the Byron Bay Surf Festival. Prior to the screening of the film we will host a panel discussion with the star of the show, Karin as well as special guests Dr Leonardo Guida. Dr Guida has completed a PhD investigating the effects of commercial fishing on sharks and rays specifically. We look forward to hearing Leo's take on the subject as well as analysing Karin's experience portrayed in the film.
In addition to the appearance of Dr Guida, we will also meet musician Mandy Hawkes who played a special role in the film assisting Karin and producers with her music. Mandy's own music features throughout the film.
