I Wanna Go Higher Week 5 (5'9 Dunker) (40 inch running vertical)
Week 5 of my training: Found out that the hoop I did the first two jumps on is higher then 10 feet (tape measured), so later in August I'll be back in a gym where it'll be more accurate. Instrumental is "Love The Way You Lie" by Eminem. This has a few alley oops with Stacey King's commentary for Derrick Rose and one of his sick alley oops. Ending theme is from the "Look Me In the Eyes" Michael Jordan commercial. Air Alert 3 is one of the programs I'm using for my increase on what used to be a 37 inch running vertical and now is creepin near 42 inches.
