In today's video, I'm going to discuss how I made 100k my first year in real estate. It isn't as easy as you might think it is going to take determination and hard work. If you are willing to put the work in you can do it too.

You're going to need more than one lead source you are going to need at least 2 to 3 different lead sources. What worked for me was my sphere of influence, I purchased leads from a big company which I would never suggest doing and I generated leads online.
On average real estate agents will do 2 to 3 transactions a per year. A good thing to do is get on a team learn as much as you can from them before you go on your own.
Be prepared to hustle, but the reward is entirely worth it!
