How to do Heat vision in Adobe Premiere?
First, drop your clip into Premiere Pro and duplicate it by holding Option (or Alt) and dragging it up. Cut the top clip to start with the eye opening up.

Next, select the free draw bezier tool and draw a mask around the eye. Click the play button to track the mask, and manually adjust it as needed.

Now, open Lumetri Color and go to the Curves. Drag the middle of the white line to the top left corner and increase the feather of the mask. Duplicate this mask, change the blend mode to Linear Dodge (add), and bring white back to the middle. Adjust the red to the top left corner, and green and blue to the bottom left corner. Finally, increase the mask expansion and feather.

Repeat this process for the other eye.

Next, drop in the Heat Vision Stock Footage (link in the description of this video) and change the blend mode to Linear Dodge (add). Adjust the position, rotation, and scale to fit the eye, and animate these properties as desired.

To give the heat vision a glow and light, create a new item, a Color Matte, and drag it to a red color. Change the blend mode to Screen and add a circular mask near the heat vision. Increase the feather and expansion, and keyframe the opacity to create a pulsing effect.

To add camera shake, right click in the media panel and add an adjustment layer. Search for the Transform effect, drop it on the adjustment layer, and keyframe its position and scale to your liking.

And voila! Your video now has awesome heat vision effects. Screenshot it and show it off to your friends.
