Forcing yourself to learn English or training your willpower is not the most effective approach. In fact, I consider the very expression "learn English" a dead end. You don't need to learn English! You need to make it a part of your life, making it a natural, effortless process. Then everything will work out, and the joy of knowing English will be just as great as learning it!
