Best Way to Transcribe Audio and Video with Python and Whisper-MLX ASR

steps:
1) clone repository
2) move into the directory
3) pip install -r requirements.txt
4) brew install ffmpeg (if necessary)
5) python convert.py --torch-name-or-path tiny --mlx-path mlx_models/tiny
