🥞 Crepes Recipe
Ingredients
2 eggs
2 tbsp butter (melted) or oil
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
How to make them:
1- Mix the eggs with the melted butter or oil
2- Add the flour and mix well
3- Add the milk and mix everything until you have a thin batter
4- Pour small portions of the batter into a skillet
5- Once the batter looks dry, turn the crepe
6- Leave it for a few more seconds and it's ready!
7- Rinse and repeat until the batter is finished!
