AMAZON KDP, We Need Clear Answers on BLOCKED BOOKS ⚠️
This is a brief but important message for Amazon KDP. I receive messages almost daily from authors whose books have been blocked or flagged, yet they receive no clear explanation for why.
In this video, I explain why vague emails that simply state “there is an issue” are unacceptable for authors who have followed the rules, paid for licensed image packages, and published in good faith. I share my own ongoing experience dealing with KDP support, and why this lack of clarity is creating unnecessary stress and confusion for loyal self-publishers.
I also call on Amazon KDP to engage properly. A recorded conversation or Zoom call with a knowledgeable representative would go a long way towards helping authors understand what is actually required, how to interpret warnings, and how to protect their businesses going forward.
This is about transparency, fairness, and giving creators the information they need to comply.
