If you are providing any kind of design service then you MUST have some form of terms and conditions in place! This is your chance to get straight to the point, tell your clients how this is going to go down and not feel guilty about it. Customer is always right but not here in the small print. If your client has signed your fee proposal with your T&C’s attached then you’ve won half of the battle.
This video is only scratching the surface but hopefully will give you an insight into the world of T&C’s. Please DO consult a professional to advise you on what should be included in your own T&C’s.
