Kansas City style Burnt Ends. These were so good!
Recipe ⤵️
Cut up a chuck roast in 1in cubes (brisket would be great too!)
Season liberally with your favorite bbq rub
Place on the @pitbossgrills K24 for 2-3 hours at 250-275°
Flip burnt ends about half
*Once they hit 190° internal temperature, pull them off and put into a aluminum pan
Cover in @hardcorecarnivore burnt end sauce (or use butter, brown sugar and bbq sauce)
Cover with aluminum foil and put it back on the K24 for 1-2 hours until probe tender
Let it cool and enjoy!
