Window 7: Move the Windows Taskbar to the Top, Bottom, Right, or Left
This video shows you how to move your Start Bar to a different location. You will see in most of my videos, I keep it at the top because it's at eye level when I use my laptop. But you can move it to the side, to the bottom....anywhere you like.
