Help Desk Case Submission Feature on the CRM Homepage

Users are able to submit cases on the CRM Homepage! Following a series of screens, they can successfully create, describe, and submit a case to the Help Desk. With this new feature, users can collaborate with other CRM users experiencing similar issues, track the progress of the case in real time, and communicate directly with Help Desk agents on their case page.
