The Post Office Inquiry is shown an email from Post Office Lawyers who Treated the Defence as Acting Suspiciously by responding a request FROM Post Office Lawyers asking what difficulties and malfunctions a subpostmaster had with their Horizon systems.
An email clearly outlines that Post Office Lawyers are not going to disclose information about Horizon to the defence lawyers as it would neither assist the prosecution nor undermine it. But was this their call to make?
