Ever get a new piece of equipment and think it's incredible, then a few weeks later start to wonder if it's not what it was all cracked up to be? I call this the honeymoon effect and I discuss how it impacts us as DIY speaker builders. I am often blind to the flaws of my new creations until some time has gone by, and I know I'm not alone in this.
