Kingfish jigging 35 km off shore on a jet-ski
Jetskifishing 35 km off shore with Andrew Hill from Jetskifishing New Zealand. This trip two of us headed out amongst the large swells on separate skis. My fishing mate for the day hooked up on his fish, on the first drop... I had to jig for another hour before hooking up on this fish and was exhausted! The flurocarbon had been damaged by barracuda so I had to play the fish rather than cranking the fish. Was an epic trip well rewarded with another nice Kingfish Jetskifishing.
