Join me, as I take my final PT test in the United States Air Force. After serving for years, this is my last time ever taking the Air Force Fitness Assessment. Stationed at Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan, I spent two months preparing for this day, focusing on my run and overall fitness. In this video, I share my entire experience, from training to testing, including the standard push-ups, sit-ups, and the newest components of the test (2024): hand release push-ups, the cross-legged reverse crunch, and the HAMR test, which is a shuttle run. I completed my test at the Fitness Assessment Cell (FAC) and documented it all for you to see.
This video is not just about the physical challenge; it's a reflection on my time in the Air Force and what it means to close this chapter. Whether you're in the military, considering joining, or just curious about what it’s like, come along and see how it all went down.
