Ding Dang - Augmented Reality in Real Estate
Bruce Kulpaca, Principal Broker at Commercial Venture Group (CVG), launched an AR application, based off AR-media technologies, in order to make communication in commercial Real Estate more effective.
With the DingDang App it is much easier to visualize a project before it's even built and it can be done in 3 modes: 1) Floor Plan: view the 3D project on the images of the floor plan; 2) Anywhere Anytime: view the project in the surrounding space without any markers; 3) On-Site: view the project on the actual construction site in 1:1 scale. Visualization with VR headsets is supported.
