This can DEFINITELY be faster. TAS has it in 10.78, with some instawing+nail recoil shenanigans. Guessing 11.2 or MAYBE 11.1 can be done with better frame greeding around the wings into column cdash grab, but I'm not in the mood to grind it at this time.
