The Trimmer Developed a Rattle, Lets strip it down and service it to try and find the issue.

Thanks to danebramage5204 for a great comment and information , At about 4:07 after you take both blades out...there appears to be a shim sitting at the bottom. Thats actually broken off from one of the blades. It seems it's tack-welded and held together with press pins from factory. Thats the issue. That 'shim' should be attached to one of the blades and actually is what gives the blade enough thickness to engage one of the lobes on the cam. Without it one blade just rides along with friction from the other blade rendering it useless. It took me a few minutes to figure out myself as i have the same problem. I got 3 years out of mine. You can repair it if you weld that shim back in place with a mig welder. Just drill 2 holes in the shim...line it up and weld and grind it smooth.
